I went to Blackpool in 2001, but kept a low profile until 2003 then I decided to show my face on the cabaret scene, where I was invited to do a free show in Pepe's bar. I initially found it difficult to get onto the cabaret circuit in Blackpool and went back into my own little cupboard. In 2004, I ventured to Benidorm, Spain on my annual holiday where I visited "Klee Kafee". Here I got chatting to the owners Monique and Paula. Early in 2005 I returned to Benidorm and was invited to perform with Klee Kafee's Horror Sisters. I happily accepted and made my International debut. On returning to England, I decided to relaunch myself with this renewed confidence and determination along with a larger wardrobe! With this new confidence I approached a new club in Blackpool (namely Club Rendezvous on Queen St.). After a chat and a demo show, I secured myself a residency slot of cabaret every Monday night. The show went on to be joined by a friend and "The Miss Wilma v Miss Mille Show" was born. In June 2005, I made my film debut for a local film company in a production called "The Clenched Twat of Notre Dame" Things are still moving onward and upward, Millie moved on to other things and The Miss Wilma Show was born. Now with the closure of Rendezvous Blackpool - I have spread my wings a little and ventured onto the Blackpool cabaret scene, starting with my Thursday night show at The Faith Bar on The Strand. In November 2005, I was spotted by a gentleman called Glen who owns the 3 Crowns pub in Bangor, North Wales and I secured myself a monthly slot. 2007 Update: In May 2007 after a long think i decided to take time out so i moved to Nottingham to have time away from Blackpool so i moved closer to mother " I smell a whole new wardrobe" I am still working in Wales once a month.
